Aftermath

What will it look like when the pandemics done?
What’ll we remember, of the people now gone?
Will we take a little more time with the people we love?
Will we be thankful for those still alive, with grace from above?

What will we be like when the pandemics is done?
Will we be more understanding of those who have none?
Will we be a little less arrogant, thinking we're the chosen ones?
Will we recognize that all people have come from the only One?

(Horns)

In the aftermath of this disease,
Will we find we took some time to reflect and see
What it takes to be happy and free, from
Delusions that cause so much misery?

Will we find the Good within,
That’s always present in each of us
When we’re not distracted by all the fuss
Of the changing world we’re in?

What will we believe in, when the pandemics done?
Will we hide behind our religion, thinking it’s the only one?
Will we see that God is present in each and every one,
No matter what they look like, or where they are from?
